Obama's upcoming visit to India involves sending an armada of thirty-four warships, controlling the monkey menace, removing coconuts, and building an overground tunnel.

According to a comment at the link above the fold: $2,000,000,000 for ten days in India, Indonesia, South Korea, Japan and China.
Is that figure accurate? I don't know.
But I do know that the plans for Obama's visit to India sound, well, strange.
